Welcoming Kelly as Head of HR & Training Solutions

Kerry, MD of Castle Employment Group with Kelly, new Head of Castle HR & Training Solutions

Castle HR & Training Solutions is pleased to welcome Kelly Allen as Head of HR & Training on a consultancy basis.

Kelly joins the business with 17 years of experience in HR and Employment Law consultancy, having supported SMEs across a wide range of sectors with practical, commercially focused people solutions.

Her expertise spans operational HR support, mentoring and sound-boarding for leaders, training design and delivery, strategic service development, and helping businesses put the right processes in place to grow sustainably. That breadth of experience makes her a strong addition to the Castle team as the business continues to expand its HR & Training solutions across Yorkshire.

Kelly has built her career around helping businesses navigate people challenges with confidence. Her background in fractional HR leadership and consultancy growth means she understands not only the day-to-day realities employers face, but also what is needed to strengthen service delivery, improve client retention and build efficient, scalable ways of working.

For Castle, her appointment is an important step in the continued development of the HR & Training side of the business, as Castle continues to grow and evolve as a full people partner for businesses across Yorkshire. Kelly’s expertise will support that journey, helping to strengthen the HR & Training offering so clients can access joined-up support that develops people, improves performance and supports long-term business growth.

Kelly’s appointment will help Castle build even further on its reputation for hands-on, solutions-focused, operational HR support. She will play a key role in enhancing the service offer for businesses that need either a trusted partner to work alongside them or expert support delivered on their behalf.

As organisations adapt to new Employment Law and changing skills needs, effective advice, training and people development are becoming increasingly important.

Kelly’s commercial and pragmatic approach aligns closely with Castle’s own values. She brings not just technical expertise, but also the kind of hands-on mindset that helps businesses make meaningful improvements in the real world, whether that means developing managers, improving employee relations processes, tightening HR documentation or creating more effective training programmes.

Kerry said:
“Kelly joining us strengthens our ability to support clients in a more joined-up, practical way. She brings the pace, experience and hands-on knowledge that will help us continue to grow and deliver even greater value to businesses across Yorkshire through Castle Employment Solutions and HR & Training Solutions. Her experience will help us go deeper with clients, particularly in engineering and manufacturing, through smarter training, stronger compliance and practical people solutions that support performance and growth.”

Kelly’s appointment also reflects Castle’s wider commitment to making a positive difference across the region, both through the services it delivers and the relationships it builds with businesses throughout Yorkshire.

As Castle HR & Training Solutions continues to grow, Kelly will help shape the next stage of that journey, bringing fresh expertise, commercial insight and a clear focus on helping clients build stronger, more effective workplaces.

For businesses looking for support with performance management, employee relations, management development, training delivery or a full HR set-up, Kelly’s arrival adds even more strength to the Castle offer.
