Nicky Skelton
HR Consultant
Nicky joined the Castle team in 2010, bringing ‘HR Solutions’ – an exciting new division into the Castle portfolio. Nicky is an extremely experienced operations HR, CIPD-qualified professional who has an extensive manufacturing and engineering background.
Her speciality is the delivery of all operational HR and Health and Safety requirements as needed by any reputable organisation.
Tina Tout
Associate HR Consultant
Tina joined Castle in 2008 and brings over 25 years’ experience across recruitment, people management and operations, most recently as Operations Director.
Now an Associate HR Consultant within Castle HR & Training Solutions, Tina combines her operational and commercial experience with her CIPD Level 5 qualification in People Management to provide practical, people-focused HR support to businesses.
Tina also leads on Breathe HR, supporting clients with system implementation, set-up and ongoing management to help streamline HR administration and make managing people simpler and more efficient.

Training & Development Manager
Theresa brings over 20 years’ experience in commercial leadership roles within global manufacturing businesses, alongside experience in education, business ownership, coaching and mentoring.
As Training & Development Manager at Castle HR & Training Solutions, Theresa supports businesses across Yorkshire with practical leadership and development solutions, including supervisor development, management training, executive coaching and tailored learning programmes.
Theresa is an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach & Mentor, trained through the British School of Coaching, and is passionate about helping people grow in confidence, develop their strengths and become the best version of themselves.

Kelly has spent the last 17 years in HR & Employment Law Consultancy, supporting SMEs in a wide range of industries, including engineering, manufacturing and construction. Having worked in a variety of HR consultancies, Kelly is well placed to lead the Castle HR & Training Solutions team, to support our clients to thrive and grow, with a focus on people and performance.
